Mr. Bogucki is a 19-year veteran of the leasing industry specializing in appliance rentals to apartment tenants. He most recently served as an executive with the Boston-area based Mac-Gray Corporation. Mr. Bogucki is known in the industry for improving operating income and high customer service ratings.
